Subsequent Meetings £ 50 per hour / pro rata
Design Fee and Survey £ 75 per hour / pro rata
Sample Board £ 200 minimum
Sourcing of Contractors & Suppliers £ 50 per hour / pro rata
Sourcing of Furniture, Light Fittings and Accessories £ 50 per hour / pro rata

Project Co-ordination 20% of Contractor’s final account
Site Visits £ 50 per hour / pro rata
Project Updates £ 50 per hour / pro rata

Purchasing of Materials £ 50 per hour / pro rata
Purchasing of Furniture and Accessories £ 50 per hour / pro rata

The following expenses are reimbursable at cost:  
  • Reprographics (photocopy, photography)
  
  • Postage (first class)
  
  • Courier
  
  • Travel
  
  • Accommodation and Subsistence
  
  • Hire of Special equipment
  
  • Collection and Delivery
  
  • Storage
  

International Day Rates £ 250 per day
Late Amendments to project design by Client £ 75 per hour / pro rata

ALL INVOICES ARE DUE AND PAYABLE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE INVOICE DATE.

  • £300 is payable upon Acceptance of the proposal, and forms part of the total Design cost to the Client.
  • The Interior Designer will charge regular invoices throughout the Design Stage, to the Client, with the final amount payable for the Design Stage due on presentation of the Sample Board and Scheme.

PAYMENT OF THE DESIGN FEE IS NOT DEPENDENT ON PROGRESSION OF THE PROJECT.
NOTE: Sample Board and Schemes remain the property of the Interior Designer until final payment is made.

  • Regular Invoices for Project Co-ordination, Updates and Site Visits will be charged by the Interior Designer throughout the duration of the Work in Progress Stage.

  • 100% of all Material costs must be paid in advance of any ordering by the Interior Designer.
  • 100% of all Furniture and Accessories costs must be paid in advance of any ordering by the Interior Designer.

  • Will be included on the Interior Designer invoices as incurred.

  • International Day Rates must be paid in advance of the visit.
  • Will be included on the Interior Designer invoices as incurred.

  • If payments are not met, the Interior Designer reserves the right to withhold further work until such time as the account is settled in full.
