Initial Meeting £ Free of Charge
Subsequent Meetings £75per hour / pro rata
Inclusive of  
Design Fee and Survey  
Sourcing of Contractors & Suppliers  
Sourcing of Furniture, Light Fittings and Accessories  

PROGRESS STAGE

Project Co-ordination 20% of Contractor’s final account
   
   

SUPPLY STAGE

Purchasing of Materials/Furniture/Access £ 50 per hour / pro rata
   

DISBURSEMENTS
