ALL
INVOICES ARE DUE AND PAYABLE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE INVOICE DATE.

- £300
is payable upon Acceptance of the proposal, and forms part of
the total Design cost to the Client.
- The Interior
Designer will charge regular invoices throughout the Design Stage,
to the Client, with the final amount payable for the Design Stage
due on presentation of the Sample Board and Scheme.
PAYMENT OF
THE DESIGN FEE IS NOT DEPENDENT ON PROGRESSION OF THE PROJECT.
NOTE: Sample Board and Schemes remain the property of the Interior
Designer until final payment is made.
- Regular
Invoices for Project Co-ordination, Updates and Site Visits will
be charged by the Interior Designer throughout the duration of
the Work in Progress Stage.

- 100% of
all Material costs must be paid in advance of any ordering by
the Interior Designer.
- 100% of
all Furniture and Accessories costs must be paid in advance of
any ordering by the Interior Designer.

- Will be
included on the Interior Designer invoices as incurred.

- International Day Rates must be paid in advance
of the visit.
- Will be included on the Interior Designer invoices
as incurred.

- If payments
are not met, the Interior Designer reserves the right to withhold
further work until such time as the account is settled in full.
