PROGRESS STAGE

Project Co-ordination

Project Co-ordination is where the Interior Designer makes the appointments of Contractors on behalf of the Client.
Whether the Client uses their own Contractors or the ones the Interior Designer recommends, the Client pays the Contractors bill directly. This ensures the guarantee for the work is in the Client’s name.
Full schedules of the work will be supplied by the Contractor, but the Interior Designer will administer the works.
A minimum of two site visits is recommended. Subsequent visits will be assessed and agreed with the Client beforehand.
